CONsole Room is run entirely by dedicated volunteers who have worked tirelessly throughout the year and at CONsole Room to bring you an amazing convention every year. Are you interested in joining our staff, becoming a panelist, or volunteering at CONsole Room? Let us know below!

*Please Note - Joining us as staff, a panelist, or a volunteer does not grant you a free registration to CONsole Room at this time. All volunteers will still need to purchase their own registration in order to attend the convention.

Sign Up for In-Person Roles

A SignUp Genius link will be available in January for you to use to sign up for these in-person volunteer needs.

Thursday, January 20th

  • afternoon: we need help loading and unloading a uhaul truck.
  • afternoon and evening: we need help moving thing around the hotel and getting things set up.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • Help with Registration, ConSuite, and Badging

Sunday, January 23rd

  • we will need help moving things to a prep area
  • and then loading and unloading another Uhaul truck.
