Progress Report

With CONsole Room 2014 being less than two months away, we wanted to share our progress report with you. If you’re on our e-mail list, you’ve already seen it, but if you aren’t, click here  to see it. We’ve been hard at work putting together a great convention for all of you and can’t wait to see you in May!

Panelists, Please!

CONsole Room 2014 is already less than two months away – wow! We’ve been hard at work putting together a fantastic event for you, but we need your help! We’re looking for panelists to join us throughout the weekend and that’s where YOU come in! Don’t worry though – it just takes three easy steps to help:

  1. Head over to our Programming page to review our preliminary list of panels.
  2. E-mail us at programming@console-room.mpls.cx to let us know what panels you’re interested in.
  3. Participate in panels during the convention.

See? We said it was easy! While our current panel listing isn’t 100% locked in, many of these panels will be part of our finalized schedule, which will be available closer to the convention.

Calling All Dealers!

Attention dealers! Are you interested in joining us in our Dealers’ Room at CONsole Room 2014? If so, let us know – we’d love to have you! As the first dedicated Doctor Who convention in the Twin Cities, CONsole Room will be a great opportunity for you to get your Doctor Who-related merchandise in front of people who may not have seen it before.

Our table rates are as follows:

  • One table – $125 for the full weekend
  • Two or more tables – $50 for each additional table for the full weekend
  • Power – If you need power run to your table, there is a surcharge of $25 (covers at least two tables)

We’ve still got space left, but it’s filling up quickly, so be sure to e-mail us ASAP if you’re interested in reserving a spot. Your merchandise doesn’t have to be specific only to Doctor Who, so feel free to contact us if you have questions. If you know any interested vendors, please direct them to e-mail us or visit this post or our Dealer’s Room page.
